So for my quilt, I took and just placed a square next to a square and did every row and then put my rose together. Here’s the great thing about this quilt pattern. Depending on how you place your quilt blocks you could have a totally different looking quilt then I created above.

I would encourage you to just lay all of your quilt blocks out and then decide what look you love.

You’re going to so each Square in a row to each other right sides together using a quarter inch seam allowance. Just like you did with the quilt blocks you’re going to press your seams for each row in One Direction and then do the opposite for the next row.

You will alternate that technique until you have six rows. If you want to make this quote bigger simply add more quilt blocks.

For The Binding I used a two and a half inch strip of fabric after I squared up my quilt Center and measured again. I added the top and the bottom pressing the seams towards the quilt border. I’ve been added the sides again pressing my seam allowances towards the Border.

I chose a really cute fabric that matched everything for the quilt by me. I simply measure again and cut my strips just a little bit bigger than the quilt itself. And then I put the binding on and finish my quilt.

When you finish your quilt, go ahead and add your backing your quilt backing and simply finish it and then put your binding on. If you’re new to quilting there are a ton of videos on YouTube to help you finish your half squares triangles quilt pattern.
